What is the shipping cost?

Standard Shipping:

  • Items under 0.5kg: flat rate of $9.95
  • Items between 0.5kg - 1kg: flat rate of $12.95
  • Items above 1kg: flat rate of $14.95
  • Bulky Items: excluded from the above rates. An additional bulky item fee will be applied and calculated at checkout.

Express Shipping: 

  • Available for an additional $19.95, selectable at checkout.
  • Bulky Items: Excluded from standard rates. A bulky item surcharge will be applied and calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Toyland Treasures offers shipping services to the United States, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand. Efforts are underway to broaden our international shipping destinations.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping through Australia Post and DHL Express.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as provided by the shipping couriers.

  • Australia Post: Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days
  • DHL Express: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days

Please note: Customs processing times may cause delays in some destinations. All international orders are subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
