Each box includes 4 licensed toys from our curated collection, valued at over $100 RRP. All items are unique — no repeats, just fresh surprises every time!

Can I choose the type of box?

Yes! You can select from three options: Boy Box, Girl Box, or Mixed Box (2 toys each for boys and girls).

Do I save more if I subscribe?

Absolutely! By subscribing to our monthly plan, you save 13% off the regular one-time price of each box.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your month-to-month plan anytime.

When will my box be shipped?

Your first box will be shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is processed. Ongoing monthly boxes are dispatched on the 5th of each month.

What age group is this box suitable for?

Our toys are best suited for kids aged 3 to 10 years old, but many older and younger kids enjoy them too!

Exchanges & Refunds

Mystery Boxes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless an item is faulty or damaged. If you receive a defective product, please contact us with photos and we’ll be happy to assist. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
