If this is your first time subscribing, your first mystery box will ship within 1–2 business days of placing your order.

After that, your ongoing boxes will be shipped on the 5th of each month like clockwork.

Each box includes 4 licensed toys from our curated collection, valued at over $100 RRP. All items are unique — no repeats, just fresh surprises every time!

Can I choose the type of box?

Yes! You can select from three options: Boy Box, Girl Box, or Mixed Box (2 toys each for boys and girls).

How often will I receive a box?

Boxes are shipped once a month. You’ll receive a new box each month for the duration of your subscription.

Do I save more if I pre-pay?

Absolutely! Prepaying for 3 or 6 months includes exclusive savings and free shipping.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your month-to-month plan anytime. Prepaid plans are non-refundable but won’t auto-renew.

When will my box be shipped?

Your first box will be shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is processed. Ongoing monthly boxes are dispatched on the 10th of each month.

What age group is this box suitable for?

Our toys are best suited for kids aged 3 to 10 years old, but many older and younger kids enjoy them too!
